Position Summary: City School of Nashville is seeking a mission-driven, entrepreneurial learner with a passion for organization and a heart for Students to manage campus operations as our school transitions from a for-profit to a non-profit entity. The ideal candidate will have a Student-centered approach (customer service mentality), strong operations experience, and a willingness to proactively identify and address challenges to maximize team and organizational effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Operations & HR Management: Drive campus operational excellence and robust HR management – including IT, system improvements, project tracking, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle functions.
• Campus Management: Manage daily campus operations, encompassing front office services, building aesthetics and maintenance, vendor relationships, and comprehensive calendar management.
• Financial Oversight: Ensure financial integrity and data accuracy by managing campus budgets, overseeing tuition/fee collection, financial management of fundraising, and administering financial aid.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with families, students, and staff through exceptional service and targeted support.

Qualifications:

• A passion for Students and a commitment to Student-centered, project-based learning
• Relevant work experience, ideally in a school environment
• Experience with HR/payroll management
• Experience with non-profit business management
• A love of detail, data, and meticulous organization
• A bachelor's degree and demonstrated ability to lead projects
